What this app does

DTF On Demand & Dropshipping lets Shopify merchants sell custom DTF (direct-to-film) transfers. Shoppers upload artwork on the merchant's store; DTF Transfers prints and ships each order under the merchant's brand.

Information we collect

• Merchant information: store domain, store name, contact name, email, phone, and return address — provided by the merchant in the app's settings to organize production and print shipping labels.
• Order information: for orders containing our product lines we receive the order's line items, prices, and the shipping recipient's name, address, email, and phone. This is used solely to produce and ship the order.
• Artwork files: images shoppers upload for printing, stored securely on Amazon Web Services (AWS) in the United States.

What we do NOT collect

• No payment or card data (payments stay entirely within Shopify).
• No browsing, analytics, or advertising data about shoppers.
• No data from orders that do not contain our product lines.

How information is used

Exclusively to fulfill orders: printing artwork, producing transfers, generating shipping labels with the merchant's return address, sending shipment tracking back to the store, and billing the merchant for production. We do not sell or share personal information with third parties for marketing.

Service providers

Data is processed on Amazon Web Services (hosting, storage, database) and transmitted to DTF Transfers' production systems to manufacture and ship orders. Shipping carriers (e.g. UPS) receive recipient name and address to deliver packages.

Data retention and deletion

We honor Shopify's privacy webhooks automatically: when a customer requests erasure, the personal data on their orders is redacted; when a store uninstalls the app, all of the store's data (orders, settings, sessions) is deleted after Shopify's 48-hour waiting period. You may also request deletion at any time using the contact below.
